Our base. A lot of solid-wall Victorian stock, which changes the radiator answer.
Wetherby
Mostly post-war and newer, which is the easiest kind of house to heat this way.

Older centre, newer edges. The survey decides, not the postcode.

Plenty of listed and conservation-area work, so external unit placement gets discussed early.

A lot of off-gas property, where the sums are strongest.
